Its been a little bit between updates, mostly as the work being done is hard to show in pictures. The home now has a new electrical box, new GFI outlets in the kitchen and new wiring to parts of the home.  In addition, but I have gotten pictures of, the home has brand new front and back doors & new recess lighting going in the upstairs living room, so I will show you updates of those on the next post along with the new windows getting installed this next week.

The kitchen has a brand new subfloor and is ready for the new sheet rock, paint, floor & cabinets.This is the concept design of how the kitchen will look when completed. The new cabinets will arrive in about a week and be installed in the next week or two after arrival.  This home will include the appliances, including an over the oven installed microwave.

The bathroom has been stripped, the new tub has arrived and everything has been set up to ensure it fits correctly. The shower wall may get tiled, its still in design stages for the bathroom.

The downstairs bedroom that had wood panels for the walls have been completely removed and is getting ready for its fresh new look.

This coming weekend is an open 3 day weekend, so a lot more progress will be ready to show next week.
