Rental Home 1

This is one of our Rental Homes. After we obtained it from some previous tenants, they did not leave the home in the best condition. We decided it was time for an over haul of upgrades on this home.

At this point - this home as a new furnace, brand new water heater, brand new water line into the home, all the plumbing has been upgraded to pex, a new bathroom, kitchen and exterior. We still have a few more tasks on this home, but it is currently being rented out and more work progress to come.
