Do you have any available Rentals?
Our Rentals are off and on, you can follow our facebook page to catch as each rental becomes available.
Do you do home remodels?
Only on our properties that we are either revitalizing or holding as rentals, we do not do remodels for others. We can, however, refer you to some of the amazing contractors we use for some of our work. Feel free to contact us to ask!
What types of properties do you buy?
We generally buy single family homes, but are willing to look at duplexes and other multi family units. We evaluate each property by location, how much work is required and the amount of money needed by the seller to be in the clear to determine if the property is a good fit for us.
We do work with local Real Estate Professionals that can help you in listing your home on the MLS if our direct services are not a good fit for you.
