As we come to the end of Week 2, we have accomplished cleaning out the entire home. It took two 20 cubic foot dumpsters, 1 truck & trailer to the Deseret Industries and about 9 bags of clothing to the local outreach church.
I decided to take some exterior photos while I was out at the home following up on its status as well – Enjoy the progress photos!

We have moved items into the yard in these pictures as we were working them to the dumpster and trailer. The home has a nice sized yard that is fully fenced. At this point, we are unsure of the status of the shed in the backyard.
Our progress shots of the kitchen – we have removed all the cabinets and the sheet rock in the kitchen area, giving us access to update some of the plumbing in both the kitchen and the bathroom and add some insulation to the exterior wall.
The bathroom has had the shower wall removed, sink and toilet – the bathtub is cast iron, so it will need a few people to get it out.
We did manage to uncover the original hardwoods in the living room, we are concerned over some patch repair areas as to if we should refinish this floor or not at this time.
Below are pictures of the basement rooms more cleared out so you can see their sizes a bit better. The basement of this home has 2 bedrooms, a den, laundry area and large storage room with shelves.
I hope you are enjoying our progress and remember to contact us to come see the home when it is completed and on the market.
