We have gone in and began working on getting this place cleaned up and cleared out. We managed to fill an entire dumpster and have more to go.

We have measured and began planning the new kitchen, we will be adding a dishwasher to it, so we are working on adjusting the layout for it. Under the living room carpet is the original hardwood, we will be inspecting it to see if we can refinish it and bring it back to its original beauty.

Starting this week we are meeting with Window Installers about upgrading the windows and HVAC about possibly adding Central air to the home.
